Step 1: Meet the Promotion Requirements

Our store always has various ongoing promotions.
For buy-X-get-Y free offers, once the products in your cart reach the required quantity, a giveaway list will appear on the cart page.

If you do not see the giveaway list, please check:

• Whether the products in your cart participate in the giveaway promotion

• Whether you have applied a discount code
  ⚠️ Some discount codes cannot be used together with giveaways, which may cause the giveaway list to disappear

Step 2: Click “Go to Pick”

Below the giveaway section, you’ll see a “Go to Pick” button.

• Click Go to Pick to enter the “Pick a Giveaway” page

• On this page, you can choose your preferred free items

• Click “Show More” on each giveaway to view all available flavors

Step 3: Choose Your Giveaway Items

By default, the system selects one of each giveaway item.

Please check the red notice above each giveaway, for example:
“Maximum selection is 2 items”

This means:

• Each giveaway has its own selection limit

• Some giveaways allow only 1 item

• Some giveaways allow more than 1 item (up to the number shown)

If you prefer one specific giveaway:

• You can uncheck other giveaways

• Select the giveaway you like and choose the flavor(s) within the allowed quantity

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

After selecting your giveaways, simply proceed to checkout.

• Your chosen giveaways will appear on the checkout page together with your order

• If you apply certain discount codes at this stage, the giveaways may disappear

⚠️ Important Reminder:
Some discount codes have their own promotion rules and may not be compatible with giveaways.
If your giveaway disappears after applying a discount code, please contact our customer support team to confirm the details of that promotion.
